By using this website, thebooz.com.au, (ABN. 24 607 902 465) you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.


1. Ordering from thebooz.com.au

1.1 When placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that all details provided are true and correct. By law, both the purchaser and the recipient of alcohol must be 18 years or older. You will
be required to provide your date of birth when finalising a purchase through thebooz.com.au.
You also confirm that any products ordered will only be received by persons over 18 years of age.

1.2 Orders are subject to our Delivery Terms (see Section 3)

1.3 Returns and refunds are managed as outlined in Section 2.

1.4 All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

1.5 Goods and services are supplied in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your ACL rights.

1.6 From time to time, promotions or special offers may be made available on our website. Each promotion or offer will include its own terms and conditions, which you must read and accept before placing an order that includes them.


2. Returns

2.1 We process returns and refunds in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are
not of acceptable quality and the issue does not amount to a major failure.”

2.2 Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

2.3 For exchanges, replacement items will only be shipped once the returned goods have been received.

2.4 Damaged or lost items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the value of the damaged or missing goods. Proof of damage or fault may be required.


3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

3.2 Deliveries are handled either by thebooz.com.au drivers, Auspost or by third-party couriers, at our discretion.

3.3 Orders are usually processed and dispatched the same or next business day (excluding public holidays). For detailed delivery times or enquiries, see our delivery information or contact us at info@thebooz.com.au.

3.4 We ensure that all delivered items are in merchantable condition. Please contact us immediately at info@thebooz.com.au if you have concerns regarding breakages or delivery issues.

 3.5 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, we are not obligated to re-send the order at our expense. Refunds, if approved, will be less a $13.00 delivery fee.

3.6 We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Orders with these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

3.7 Deliveries are available within Australia only.


4. Payment

4.1 Orders must be paid in full before goods are dispatched. We accept multiple payment options, including credit card and PayPal. Credit card details are not stored on our servers, but may be retained by our payment gateway provider (PayPal) if required.

4.2 If payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, dishonoured cheque), we do not guarantee that stock will be held until payment is successfully processed.


5. Liquor Licensing & Responsible Service of Alcohol

thebooz.com.au (Licence No. : 32064864) supports the
Responsible Service of Alcohol.

5.2 Warning

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $23,000) and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor
(penalty exceeds $900).
