Refund policy
Returns
We process returns and refunds in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are
not of acceptable quality and the issue does not amount to a major failure.”
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
For exchanges, replacement items will only be shipped once the returned goods have been received.
Damaged or lost items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the value of the damaged or missing goods. Proof of damage or fault may be required.
