Delivery
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
Deliveries are handled either by thebooz.com.au drivers, Auspost or by third-party couriers, at our discretion.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched the same or next business day (excluding public holidays). For detailed delivery times or enquiries, see our delivery information or contact us at info@thebooz.com.au.
We ensure that all delivered items are in merchantable condition. Please contact us immediately at info@thebooz.com.au if you have concerns regarding breakages or delivery issues.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, we are not obligated to re-send the order at our expense. Refunds, if
approved, will be less a $13.00 delivery fee.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Orders with these addresses will be automatically cancelled.
Deliveries are available within Australia only.
